They don’t skimp on veggies in Pad Thai Jae or thr variety of seafood in the seafood lemongrass soup. The tea was like dessert, oh how special. Nice calm atmosphere. I’ll just note that everything had a little too much sweetness to it. the pad Thai was a little too saucy for me but it certainly was good.

Fantastic local Thai cuisine. From the outside you wouldn’t know what a nice and well appointed place this is. Quality service and attentive staff in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Food is top notch most importantly. Used to be able to squeeze my 30 min corporate lunch in so they are efficient as well.

Green curry. Plenty of stuff in it; in fact, I probably would have liked a little more liquid, which is different in a good way. The medium (two peppers on the menu) was a little mild for me; I will probably ask them to step it up slightly next time. Very stuffed spring rolls, and great pudding. Excellent service at lunch.

One of the best Thai place at Charlottesville!!! Very good decor and atmosphere. The menu was so pretty! Reasonable price as well. Welcoming staff with great food! The fresh rolls are indeed super fresh with refreshing veggies. I got the shrimp drunken noodles. Not very big portion but big enough and very good. We also got the cashew nut with chicken. I can tell they used the good jasmine rice. Overall highly recommend!!

We arrived around 12:30PM on a Thursday in July. Parking is abundant as the restaurant is located in the Rio Hill Center near Kroger. Being in a strip mall, we expected the interior to be fairly plain; however, it has an Asian decor and is welcoming. About half of the tables were taken. We were seated immediately but it took about 5 minutes or so before our waitress appeared. We asked for the chicken spring rolls but they were out of them, so we skipped the appetizer. They have a very limited alcohol selection – a few beers and wine (that’s all it said so no idea what kind). We both had an IPA from Three Notch’d Brewery which is a local establishment. The food menu is varied and contains all the familiar Thai selections along with a couple of chef specials. I ordered the Chicken Panang Curry. The waitress informed me that it did not contain any vegetables, but they could add some which I agreed to. She didn’t mention an upcharge but there was one. My husband ordered the Kapao Catfish. The catfish was fried in small pieces. It was served on a cute fish plate with broccoli and other vegetables. Both dishes were very fresh and tasty. We had more than enough to take home leftovers. We would definitely recommend the food. The service, however, was a bit scattered, and they were slow to pick up dirty plates.

This was a great experience! Timely service, always checking back. The food choices were endless. The items we chose was fresh and full of flavor. Seat was comfortable and plenty. You can hear each other.

This is simply the best Thai food around. My wife in and I were deprived of good Thai for many years before moving to CVL. We tried every restaurant in town, and though the competition is stiff, Lime Leaf comes out ahead.

We are loyal repeat customers at Lime Leaf and it never disappoints. Every single visit is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Our absolute favorites are the red curry chicken and the sweet and sour pork - and they are perfection every time. The curry is rich, comforting, and beautifully balanced, and the sweet and sour pork has that perfect blend of tangy and savory with just the right texture. The staff is always welcoming, the service is quick, and you can tell they care about the quality of what they serve. Whether dining in or grabbing takeout, the experience is consistently excellent. Charlottesville is lucky to have this gem. We will definitely keep coming back.
